About Meridian Nordic

This website is operated by MERIDIAN NORDIC LTD NUF, Norwegian organisation number 990 635 528, Unnebergveien 5, 1613 Fredrikstad, Norway. Contact us through the contact form.

Meridian connects company owners with potentially relevant buyers. Its role is Origination → Mutual Relevance → Introduction: identifying possible relevance and facilitating a confidential introduction where the parties wish to proceed.

Opportunities and private submissions

Public opportunities use anonymous references and approved, limited information. A listing invites a discussion about possible relevance. It is not a commitment to sell, an offer of securities, a valuation or a guarantee of a transaction. Information and availability can change.

Submitting a company does not publish it or authorise public identification. Meridian reviews submissions and obtains separate approval for publication or disclosure. A company does not have to be publicly for sale, and a buyer does not have to be publicly searching.

Buyer accounts and requests

Provide accurate professional information, act only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent, and keep your profile current. Keep your sign-in credentials private and report suspected account misuse promptly.

Meridian reviews each registration. Account approval permits the functions available to that account; it does not guarantee an introduction or release confidential information. A request for access is a request for review. Further information remains subject to relevance, permission and any required confidentiality arrangements.

Meridian may decline requests or restrict accounts because of inaccurate information, lack of authority, confidentiality or security concerns, or insufficient business relevance. You may contact Meridian about a decision.

Confidentiality and appropriate use

Provide only information and documents you are entitled to share. Use the private owner submission form for company information. Do not include unrelated personal records or another person’s sensitive information or credentials.

Respect restrictions on information shared with you. Do not redistribute restricted material, circumvent the process to identify anonymous companies, impersonate others or attempt to access another user’s account or private records.

A website acknowledgement is not a signed NDA. Where an NDA is required, it must be agreed before the relevant disclosure.

Professional advice and separate agreements

Meridian’s website and introduction service do not provide legal, tax, valuation, due diligence or transaction advice. If an introduction develops towards a transaction, the formal process is handled by the parties and their appointed legal and transaction specialists. Obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions.

No buyer registration fee is charged through the website during this launch. Creating an account or submitting a form does not itself create a paid engagement, transaction mandate or exclusivity obligation. Any later service scope or fees must be agreed separately before they apply. Meridian does not guarantee a match, introduction or transaction.

Availability and personal information

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or improvement. Please report faults through the contact form and do not rely on website availability for a transaction deadline.

Our privacy notice explains the handling of account and enquiry information. External services, including LinkedIn, have their own terms.

We give affected account holders appropriate notice of material changes to these terms. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate signed agreement or remove rights provided by applicable law.
